Q + A

Resort map

What is the weather in Longboat Key like in January?

During the day, Longboat Key is typically sunny with temperatures averaging in the 60s-70s. At night, it can become chillier, with temperatures usually in the 50s-60s.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is Beach / Resort Formal. Ladies should wear midi or longer length dresses or jumpsuits. Gentlemen should wear suits. Please note that the ceremony will take place on the beach, so we encourage our guests to choose footwear accordingly. Weather-permitting, the reception will be held outside. While there will be outdoor heaters, consider bringing an extra layer. Outrageous fur coats are welcomed.

Can guests who are not staying at the Resort enjoy the amenities?

Guests who are not staying at the Resort are able to enjoy the private beach and pool with Resort guests. The Resort does not accept cash or credit cards, so guests not staying there will need to charge their restaurant and bar tabs to a guest's hotel room. Only guests who are staying at the Resort will have access to the three on-property golf courses, tennis courts, spa, and fitness facilities / classes.

Will transportation to wedding day events be provided?

Trolley service will be provided to guests staying at hotels within 20 minutes of the Resort. Guests choosing to stay at Airbnbs or other rental properties may send their arrangement details to Maddi and Scott, as the Trolley service will try to accommodate central pick up and drop off locations. The trolleys will bring guests to the ceremony (exact times to-be-determined), from the ceremony to the reception (4:30pm), home from the reception (10pm), and home from the after party (11pm).

Are children welcome?

We love your children, but wedding events will be adult-only. Thank you for understanding!

What food and beverages will be served?

We will have chef-attended food stations with a variety of options and an open bar. Thus, no need to relay dietary restrictions in advance.
